Renovation

Often times, the existing landscaping works well for the owners use but has become overgrown and neglected. In this case, the garden already has it's foundation and simply needs a "make-over". Hardscape elements can be cleaned and repaired or added on to. Lawn and planter areas can be re-worked to come up with new shapes. Irrigation systems can be updated, perhaps re-using much of the existing plumbing. Soil in the planter beds are scarified and re-conditioned. New plantings are designed to work with older established plants in the landscape. Lighting systems can be added.
