All good landscapes begin with a design that includes the elements necessary for a successful garden. A well thought out design will create aesthetic spaces appropriate to the clients needs while being mindful of the cultural and mechanical requirements of the garden.
Our designs are developed as conceptual plans. Using this approach, some details are provided in the estimate while others are worked out in the field. This approach offers flexibility for our clients to implement changes as the design progresses.
When appropriate, we may recommend a landscape architect that will work out all of the details prior to construction of your garden. Some designs may require additional engineering for soils or structural details. While this approach may seem expensive, a well planned design may save you costly changes during the course of your project. Also, many municipalities will require that you submit a design provided by an architect along with appropriate engineering for permits.
In either case, the cost of your landscape design is money well spent.
