Construction Services
The construction process begins long before our crews show up on site. The designer, supervisor and foremen meet to work out the details of the job and develop a schedule. Materials are estimated and scheduled for delivery. Underground Service Alert is contacted so that the utility companies can mark out the location of their services. The supervisor and foremen meet regularly to keep the job on time and on budget.

DEMOLITION
Demolition of an existing landscape may be as easy as removing existing plants and lawn areas or may involve removal of hardscape requiring heavy equipment and large dump trucks. We have the equipment and skilled crews to safely handle the demolition requirements of your project.
GRADING
Once demolition is complete, we survey the site to set the sub-grades for new construction. Cuts and fills are accomplished utilizing the proper grading and compaction equipment. Rough grades are established at this early phase of the project to ensure that wall foundations and trenches are built at the proper elevations. Finish grading is performed when the hardscape is in place and the soil preparation has been completed.
